Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 90-day return policy for all non-custom products, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, you must provide us with a photo of your item(s) and must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@familyadored.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All items are eligible for an exchange or replacement.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for all items (including custom products).

To start your exchange, please follow the same instructions as a regular return, and once returned, we'll have your new item shipped out ASAP.

Refunds

Refunds can take anywhere from 3 - 5 business days to process. Once your refund has been processed and approved, an automatic email will be sent to you to notify you of your refund. 

The refund will be posted to the original payment method you used during checkout. Please keep in mind that all financial institutions have different processing times for refunds so it may take some time for the funds to appear back into your account.
