Since each artwork is custom made, we need to actually make it before we can send a preview (and they are not generated automatically).
  • Our team of artists work with you on a 1-on-1 basis. Need some edits made? If so, our artists will ensure to make all the changes necessary that you request from us. You can also double check once you receive your preview/proof!
  • Out of our warehouse and to your door in DAYS, not months. Unlike our competitors, once you approve your preview, we ship out LIGHTNING fast. Many of the stores that offer similar products as ours sometimes take MONTHS to deliver, but not us.

    Which Print Type?

    Here are the differences between our print types:

    1. Canvas Print: For customers who want a museum or gallery quality print

    Canvas prints are simply archival poly-cotton blend sheets that are wrapped on a wood stretcher bar. These prints offer a unique feel to them because they have a depth of 1.5" which makes them quite literally "pop" out from the wall. These are our best selling print types and are typically what you see in museums, galleries, or luxury homes (but at a very affordable price).

    Comes ready-to-hang, no framing required.

    2. Canvas Print + Floating Frame: For customers who want to add a unique touch or a modern/elegant look to their canvases

    Our floating frame canvas prints are no different than our regular canvas prints except that they have a cosmetic frame that's added to the edge of the canvas. Due to the small space in between the frame and the canvas, this print type gives off the illusion that the canvas is "floating" in the frame, hence the name "floating frame".

    The floating frame is only cosmetic and adds no other function. Comes ready-to-hang.

    3. Fine Art Poster Print: For customers who want to frame their artwork

    With this option, we print the artwork on a heavy weight (230 gsm) matte paper poster using an instant-dry coating that resists fingerprints and smudging.

      How long does shipping take?

      Shipping takes anywhere from 2 - 7 business days with our standard shipping option. However, we have a processing time of 1 - 4 business days before the artwork ships (which may be extended if we're near a major holiday).

      What are the dimensions of the artwork/canvas/poster?

      Each product page has the dimensions! Please keep in mind that some artwork are veritcal and some are horizontal.

      How do I hang my new wall art?

      If you ordered a canvas, it comes with hanging hardware either on the back or as a separate piece in the shipment which you can attach. If you ordered a poster print, you will need to find a frame that the poster print can fit in.

      Where is my order?

      If you haven't received a tracking number from us, then we are most likely waiting for our shipping partner to send the tracking number to us (our partner sends us tracking numbers in batches), but your order is on the way! If you already received your tracking number but the package hasn't moved in over a week, then please message our support team and they'll figure out a solution for you!

      Do you do custom sizes?

      Unfortunately, the sizes you see on the product page are the only ones we offer at the moment. We will, however, most likely start selling sizes that are frequently requested by our customers!

      What do I do if my artwork/print gets dirty?

      Don't worry! Our return/replacement policy covers everything. So if your artwork/print ends up getting dirty, simply contact our support team and we'll walk you through the steps of getting a new one (at no cost to you).

      Where do your orders ship from?

      All of our orders currently ship from California.

      Can I change/edit my order?

      If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order we can make changes/edits for you. However, if you wait any longer than that then it may be too late and we will need to send you a return label.
